PROPERTIES

Urban Help is an anxiolytic jewel that works as a means to release tensions and anxieties through the manual pressure of the comprised air plastic bubbles. It has been proven that popping the bubbles, associated with the sound effect of the burst, reduces stress levels while producing and immediate effect of tension and accumulated anxieties discharge. The consequent result is a pleasant sensation of relax and an awareness to be living the present moment.

Urban Help is indicated for the symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension caused by urban stress:

Difficulty in managing the space-time superposition of several actions, un-coordination between the real and the virtual world, excess of responsibilities/objectives, excess of social life, fleeting and superficial relationships, sensation of lack of personal time, absence of family environments, marriage deterioration, lack of relax and leisure moments, high abstinence levels of natural, non-transgenic foods and/or clean air and water and of interaction with natural landscapes, country, forest, beach, lakes and animals in their ecosystem, etc

DOSIFICATION

Pinch carefully a bubble wrap disc from the frontal round aperture of the Urban Help belt. Hold it tight in your hands and press the air bubbles with your finger tips until they fully burst. Each disc holds approximately 55 bubbles. Each belt holds perfectly up to 7 discs. Repeat all the times considered necessary to produce the desired effect.

REFILLS

Every time a disc is finished, follow these steps: 1- Remove the plastic spring from the container through its back side. 2- Refill the bubble wrap discs 3- Replace the plastic spring so that it presses forwards on the discs.

SECONDARY EFFECTS

In extreme cases, it’s been recorded an acute an temporary increase of irritability.

NTERACTIONS

There are no detected interactions and incompatibilities with other medicines.

DRIVING AND USE OF MACHINERY

It is recommended the use of Urban Help exclusively in cases of gridlock traffic jam.

WARNING

The use of Urban Help is not recommended for children under 7 because of the possible swallowing of the discs.

IMPORTANT:

Used bubble warp discs can be recycled as pillow filling. It is reminded that pillows are excellent support to relaxation.
